El ídolo de barro / The clay idol

Symbolism, where an idol is seen as if it were used for a purpose, discarded along with others that suffered the same fate. Here, it is represented as if it were an insect that arrives at an insectarium, which classifies it and slowly consumes it out of ambition and destruction. It slowly mutates and loses its beauty (metamorphosis). The rest is left to free interpretation. Dimensions: 90 cm high x 80 cm wide.
